Most people who try to get in shape overload themselves & burnout quickly. Instead, we'll help you focus on the small habits that lead to big results. We make living healthy a habit. Nutrition, health and wellness and longevity all go hand-in-hand!
In order to live a higher quality of life, maintaining optimal wellness is key. Everything we feel and do relates to our well-being and directly affects our actions and emotions. In order to subdue stress, reduce illness, and ensure positive moments in your life, you must achieve optimal wellness. Your nutrition is a key component in relation to your health and wellness.
To achieve optimal wellness, one must make it a lifestyle. You can apply a wellness approach towards your environment, community, career, belief systems, physical activities, self care, healthy eating, self esteem, and creative activities. Applying wellness in your everyday life will allow you to achieve your full potential and live with passion and purpose.
Arielle has been in the New York City fitness industry for nearly 2 decades. She has lived through all of the workout and food fads, having two kids she knows what works in real time for busy individuals.
She wants to teach you how to create small healthy daily changes that turn into big lifestyle habits! How to workout with proper form and technique.
She wants you to learn how your body works, how to listen to it and not feel burnt out. On the nutrition front she can teach you to grocery shop & cook, not just follow a meal plan, like a robot, until you can't follow it any longer.
She wants you to tune into YOUR own physical signs of hunger and fullness, not just count calories and look at
external cues on how to eat.
Practice exercise as a REGULAR habit, not take a 2-week trip to "ALL OR NOTHING" until your enthusiasm or knees blow out!
See that living healthy is accessible to all, not just to those who can afford unicorn plasma injections or food grown exclusively in organic utopias!
Realize that change is incremental and often slow, and that there are not quick fixes or magic pills.
If you want to learn more about sustainable lifestyle habits, you've come to the right place!
